Creating synergy. Empowering women.

Launch date: September, 2015

Aim of the project. The primary objective of the program is to empower, inspire, and offer support to the next generation of TVET teenage students. This is achieved by pairing these students with professionals from diverse fields who will act as mentors. Through this mentorship, the students receive positive role models, valuable guidance, and continuous support during their involvement in various projects and activities.

Mentoring can be a deeply rewarding experience for mentors. It allows them to contribute to the growth and success of others, which can lead to a sense of personal fulfillment and satisfaction. Mentoring offers mentors the opportunity to enhance their leadership, reflection practices, communication, and mentor skills.

Target Group. The target audience for the project includes women from different age groups and professional fields who have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the younger generation and are willing to dedicate their time and efforts as mentors. This program aims to create a community of mentors who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their mentees. By fostering a culture of support and learning, the mentors will contribute to the personal and professional growth of those they mentor.
