Program Objective
The program aims to develop the leadership potential and professional competencies of female college students in Almaty in the fields of SMM, communications, project management, and social impact. Particular emphasis is placed on hands-on experience, self-confidence, conscious leadership, and readiness for professional self-realization.
Target Group
The program is intended for female college students in Almaty aged 16–21 who are studying marketing, journalism, graphic design, management, and related disciplines. Up to 30–40 participants with an interest in digital communications, content creation, and project management are admitted.
Structure and Curriculum of the Program
Duration: 8–9 months.
Format: In-person practical classes and work on real-life projects under the guidance of mentors.
Language of instruction: Russian/Kazakh
The program consists of six practical modules grouped into three thematic tracks:
Block 1 — SMM
• Content and Visual Design;
• SMM Strategy.
Block 2 — Communications and Project Management
• Creative Communications;
• Project Management.
Block 3 — Social Impact and Personal Development
• Social Impact;
• My Voice and Final Showcase.
Practical Format
Participants work in teams with rotating roles, collaborate with real clients, and learn to set tasks, delegate responsibilities, provide feedback, and present results.
Role of Mentors
Mentors support participants throughout the program, assisting with their professional and personal development, project work, and planning of future educational and career paths.
Final Project
Each participant presents a personal case study and portfolio demonstrating completed projects, acquired skills, and plans for further growth.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to design and implement SMM strategies, create content, communicate effectively and manage projects, develop social initiatives, build a personal brand, speak confidently in public, and work with real clients. They will gain leadership experience, teamwork skills, and a solid foundation for continued professional development.
