Audience : young women studying in professional schools of Almaty, majoring in hospitality-related

Description: a leading institution that promotes professional growth and personal development to young women helping their work insertion in the hospitality sector. Since 2013, more than 300 beneficiaries have participated in a 450 hours program. During 10 months, young students take part in professional and life skills training sessions, as well as mentoring, English lessons, and other activities. They become influencers by sharing acquired knowledge with peers and community members.

Results: As per the participants’ feedback, the employers’ estimations, and other community members’ opinions, the program helps to develop soft skills (95%), leadership, and motivation (99%), as well as improves the labor insertion (75%).
