Target group: teachers of colleges in Almaty

Description: a project to enhance the potential of teachers, which contributes to professional growth and personal development.

For 5 months, teachers take part in training in professional and life skills, as well as mentoring, and other activities. They become opinion leaders applying the acquired knowledge and skills in their teaching activities and direct work with students and colleagues.

Results: Based on participant feedback, employers’ assessments, and the opinions of other community members, the program helps to develop soft skills, leadership, motivation, and improves professional skills.

Partners: KIMEP University (Kazakhstan), Talgo Foundation (Spain), Renovabis Foundation (Germany), WONDER Foundation (Great Britain).
