For more than twenty years, at the Kazakhstan Foundation for Cultural, Social and Educational Development, we have been investing our strength and passion in the empowerment of women to help them reach their full-potential, realize their dreams and become inspiring leaders.

Since 2012, more than 600 girls have been able not only to embark on the path towards their professional development, but also to set a benchmark for their bright future in our social programs. With the help of highly – qualified coaches and psychologists, as well as a community of mentors, including 350 dedicated professionals, our graduates have become the driving force of their own lives and role models for others.
Over the past decades, we have also been committed to training 110 teachers in vocational-technical education and enhancing their interpersonal and pedagogical skills. They are the architects of change, building a better future for all of us.
How do our programs empower young women and female teachers in Kazakhstan?
Girls and teachers of vocational schools participate in our projects. These students, most often between the ages of 16 and 21, are trained in various fields such as hospitality, IT and digital marketing. They face many challenges: fear of mistakes, lack of self-confidence or independence, lack of support from loved ones, difficulties with time management, and the lack of motivation.
Teachers, face professional burnout, high workload, lack of necessary support, and lack of time to develop professional skills.
According to the Bureau of National Statistics, there are 711 independent organizations in Kazakhstan providing vocational education and training. The total number of students attending these educational institutions is 548,000, 48.1% of which are girls. In the 2023-2024 academic year, the number of girls enrolled in these educational institutions increased by 4% compared to the previous academic year.
Our Foundation is devoted to providing support for girls and teachers through our social educational projects. Through training, we equip them with with both professional skills and advanced soft skills like communication, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and time management. Our programs cover both theoretical and practical training, minimising social risks and creating a favourable environment for the personal and professional growth of our participants.
Our goal is to not only transfer knowledge, but also to create a sustainable and safe environment in which girls and teachers can reach their full-potential and achieve success in their fields.
How will your participation in a charity fundraiser help change the lives of young women?
We invite you to join us and become part of an important event that will provide young girls with additional educational opportunities. The funds raised will go towards scholarships for girls seeking further education. Next year, we plan to provide 150 scholarships for annual programs in Russian or Kazakh for female students of Almaty colleges, most of whom come from rural areas.

How does fundraising work?
Fundraising comes from the generosity of people and companies who believe in our goals and are ready to support our event. Novotel Almaty City Center and their suppliers act as sponsors of the event and bear all costs associated with it. Therefore, all revenue from ticket sales is entirely directed to charity.
In addition, many of our friends and partners have provided us with luxury items and access to unforgettable opportunities , which we will both raffle and auction out at the banquet.
About the event
The event will take place on June 6 at 19:00 at the Novotel Almaty Сity Сenter at 104A Dostyk Avenue.
In the evening, there will be extraordinary dishes prepared by famous chefs, live entertainment and an auction with incredible prizes.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet new people who improve our society and make it more interesting.
